How To Be Magnetic (Unleash Your Natural Charisma)

By Ishan Iyer

Most people think being magnetic is about learning some special tricks…

They think it’s about saying the right things or trying to impress people.

That’s a lie.

You were born magnetic. You already have it in you.

You just need to unleash it.

The more relaxed, non-needy, and authentically expressive you are, the more naturally magnetic you become.

Here’s how to tap into that.

Relax & Drop The Neediness

Nothing kills magnetism faster than neediness.

Neediness makes people feel like you want something from them. It creates pressure.

You’ve probably seen a guy who tried too hard to impress people.

Maybe he cracked jokes non-stop, boasted about himself, or over-explained everything.

It felt off, didn’t it?

Magnetism is about being full on your own.

Key shifts to drop neediness:

  • You’re not trying to “get” attention—you’re enjoying yourself.

  • You’re not worried about impressing people—you’re just expressing yourself.

  • You don’t chase validation—you already approve of yourself.

Mindset shift: “I don’t need anyone to like me. I’m just here to enjoy life.”

When you stop needing to be liked, people feel the shift—and they start gravitating toward you.

Presence > Everything

The most magnetic people are fully present.

They aren’t in their heads.

They aren’t distracted by their phones.

They aren’t thinking about what to say next.

They are completely here, completely now.

Some actions to become more present:

  • Slow down. Take your time.

  • Practice daily Meditation.

  • When someone speaks, actually listen.

Key shift: Magnetism is about removing the distractions, the overthinking—and just being fully engaged in the moment.

Authentic Expression – Say Whatever The F*ck You Want

Most people suppress their real personality because they’re afraid of being judged.

They hold back. They filter their thoughts.

And what happens?

They become bland, forgettable, and replaceable.

The Fix? Express yourself fully.

  • Say what you actually think and feel.

  • Speak with conviction—even if not everyone agrees.

  • Let go of the need to be “socially acceptable.”

Example:

Instead of saying, “Yeah, I like music,” say, “I LOVE rap. I can’t stand metal—it’s just f*cking noise to me.”

When you express yourself fully, you stop blending in—people either love you or hate you.

Polarization – Make People Feel Something

The most magnetic people let their realness polarize.

Think about it:

  • Kanye West? Polarizing as f*ck. But his fans worship him.

  • Andrew Tate? Some people hate him, but others hang on his every word.

  • Muhammad Ali? He talked sh*t and backed it up—people couldn’t stop watching.

How to Polarize Effortlessly:

  • Stop trying to be likable. The world already has enough people-pleasers.

  • Say what you actually think and feel. Even if not everyone agrees.

Most people are lukewarm, trying to avoid offending anyone.

But when you stop playing small and fully own who you are, you become magnetic as f*ck.

Final Thoughts: Becoming Magnetic Is About Unleashing.

Magnetism is something you’re already born with.

The key is to:

  • Relax and drop the neediness.

  • Be fully present in every interaction.

  • Express yourself unapologetically.

  • Polarize—let the right people be drawn to you, and the wrong ones fall away.

When you stop filtering yourself and start enjoying life on your own terms, people naturally become drawn to you.
