Rejection used to hold me back—bad.
From putting out content, from expressing how I felt, from taking shots that mattered.
But the truth is: rejection only hurts when you give it a bad meaning.
In this quick post, I’ll show you how to flip the script.
So rejection stops slowing you down…
And starts setting you free.
Even if you say or do the noblest thing on the planet…There will be a group of people who will have a problem with it.
Rejection is inevitable.
You need to reinterpret the meaning of rejection in a way that serves you.
Like the age-old saying, “Is the glass half empty or half full?”
You have complete control over your interpretation.
You don’t have to accept the interpretation of others.
How about interpreting rejection as “Great! I’m now even closer to finding someone I’m compatible with.”
Your interpretations greatly affect your emotional state.
So, always interpret things positively.
When something happens, ask yourself, “If I wanted to interpret this positively, what could it mean?”
Everyone else is reacting to their interpretations.
You be RESPONSIVE.
Choose your interpretations.
